Harvest Moon Wealth Advisors, a wealth management firm with clients across the U.S., is celebrating three decades of service to the financial services community.
In honor of the occasion, the company has rebranded it image and is tailoring its services to another generation of investors.
Marilyn Evans, the firm’s principal wealth advisor, said now is an ideal time to be part of the financial planning industry, because there are more people who want help. “Yes, we are in an unpresented time as it relates to the coronavirus and people facing income-related challenges, and we acknowledge that. On the bright side, however, more people than ever are taking a hard look at where they are financially and where they want to be, and that includes a much younger generation,” she said.
“That the increase in the number of people looking for financial guidance, specifically a much younger clientele, coincides with where we are going as a company – celebrating 33 years and focusing our efforts in a bit of a different way – is exciting,” she said.
Harvest Moon assists clients with lifetime income planning and business succession planning. And they help equip them with the legal and mechanical instruments involved in achieving legacy planning by connecting them with qualified, licensed professionals. “We are recognized locally, and really to some extent regionally and nationally, as a wealth management firm that develops personal relationships with clients and focuses on service and quality.”
That’s not going to change, Evans said.
“What we are doing to celebrate this 33-year milestone is taking a look at our branding – things like our website, presentations and where we spend our time, and making sure we include every generation and all audiences,” she added.
“What we are finding in today’s age is that people don’t want to wait until they are almost retired to plan a future. They want a timeline to know how much they can spend and when and they want that based on their specific goals and aspirations,” Evans said. “In addition, we’re reaching out to a younger clientele and letting them know that no matter what age you are, or how much income you have, a plan will help guide you through your lifetime,” she added.
Harvest Moon is committed to clients of all ages and income levels. The reality is that everyone can benefit by working with a seasoned financial planner who uses solid research to build saving and spending plans. “We have always done that,” says Evans, “and our branding will now reflect it.”
The updated look also pays tribute to how the principal advisor, Marilyn Evans, came to be – three decades ago. Evans grew up in a farming and ranching family in the Sacramento Valley of California, and the name Harvest Moon pays homage to that.
“We instill the values of the farmer in everything we do and say – things like know your roots, prepare the soil, plant the seeds and nurture the crops. Those are just words, but they translate in an important way to the way we do business, and now you will see that in everything we put out for the public to see.” Evans said.
“We’re proud of where we have come from, and we’re looking forward to the future. We hope our clients and the public think our new look and all-inclusive branding is as inspiring as we do,” she added.
